How to Make a Return
- Call Customer Care at 800.543.3245 to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- Write your RGA number on the outside of the package. Packages without an RGA number may be returned to the sender.
- Include your proof of purchase if you bought the product through a retail partner.
- Ship your return to the address below. We recommend using a service that provides tracking.
